The primary focus of this informational session will be to learn about guardianship of adults, with some time to briefly discuss the other court resources and supports that the courthouse can offer. Join us to learn how Massachusetts Court Service Centers can help you with: Guardianship of adults as well as guardianship of minors and other types of cases on which assistance can be provided (custody, child support, and more) Understanding court procedures and processes Navigating the court system and accessing court resources and supports Assistance in completing and filing forms/paperwork (not legal advice) Providing referrals to community and legal resources Accessing Court services in a variety of ways (in-person, telephone, and online support) Library and research services.
