Join us at the Harold Washington Library Center on the third Saturday of each month from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. for a fiction book discussion for adults. On Saturday, November 21, we'll discuss the novel I Refuse by Per Petterson. "I Refuse follows two childhood friends, Tommy and Jim, who reunite by chance decades after a traumatic event changed their lives. Their brief encounter forces each man to confront how differently their paths have turned out.
