Join us for a discussion of Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad. A slim novella that has inspired countless movies, books, video games and diatribes where the madman is a reflection of everything you ever thought you stood for, Heart of Darkness takes you deep into the horrors of the Belgian Congo. We’ll try to figure out how Conrad pulled this off in Bezazian’s meeting room, but if you want to join in over Zoom, send an email to jnowak@chipublib.org, and we'll send you a link letting you know how to join in. Copies, while they last, are available at the front desk. How to Attend This event takes place in person and online. Attend in person at the Bezazian Branch 1226 W.
