Acoustic guitar, ETC Jam

Upcoming jam dates are 7/18/26. 8/12/26 & 9/26/26. Starting at 1 PM and ending aroud 3 to 3:30 at Clearwater Countryside Library 2642 Sabal Springs Dr · Clearwater, FL. The community room is the big room on the left before entering the main library. Arrive at 12:30\~ish to help set up chairs and socialize with other musicians. If you arrive at the library before I do, ask the librarian to open the Community Room door and the closet to the chairs so you can start setting up to be ready to play by 1 PM . We welcome singers and players of acoustic instruments such as guitar, ukulele, violin, mandolin, harmonicas, flutes, washboards, beat-box, etc. ( I have invited support players, lead guitar and a bass, to bring their amps. Otherwise, it's acoustic.) The song charts we’ll use sometimes call for a CAPO to raise the key so we can sing it. So if you can CAPO your stringed instrument or can transpose on the fly come on over! No need to bring paper copies! Songs with chords and lyrics will be displayed on a big screen TV. I have a large song library (mostly classic rock) in the OnSong app. If you want to contribute to the play list, (max 2 songs per month. that’s do-able too. Find us on Meetup.com. For common songs, just send me the title and the artists' name. We can play until 3 PM or 3:30 PM, at which time we’ll start putting the chairs away etc. PLEASE DON'T BRING FOOD in the meeting room, but you can bring water bottles.
