Abilene & Hey Dude After Hours Presents....A Rolling Thunder feat. Flying Object with Spec. Guests

Doors 6:30pm, Music 7pm Flying Object “Flying Object — the latest musical project from Matt O’Brian, former front man for roots reggae bands Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad and Thunder Body — has been around since 2020, In 2022, Flying Object released its debut EP, “No Rewind,” which let listeners know O’Brian’s reggae days are largely behind him. What the five-song collection did not prepare fans for was the band’s predilection for launching into jams once the songs’ pop-rock structure has been established. That said, what separates Flying Object from a self-indulgent group of Grateful Dead devotees is commitment to the integrity of a song over freewheeling solos.” Daniel J. Kushner, City Magazine Flying Object is Matt O’brian on guitar and vocals, Chris English on drums, Max Flansburg on guitar, Elliot Schwartzman on keyboards, and Mike Martinez on guitar. https://www.facebook.com/Mattobriansflyingobject/ https://www.heydudeafterhours.com/ Cover: $15 in advance
