AARP Tax Preparation. The AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Program will be providing free tax preparation services at the Scott County Public Library in 2026. Tax preparation will begin on February 5th and continue each Thursday through April 9th. Hours will be 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This service is by appointment only and requires an email address. Beginning January 15, 2026, you can call 502-219-6447. Please leave a phone number and email address, and an AARP volunteer will return your call to schedule
