About this event
Did you know that the Christmas season used to be a lot spookier? Join historian Greg Caggiano for a look at holiday traditions of the Victorian Era, which included passing the time on cold winter nights by telling ghost stories. Learn the backstory behind Charles Dickens' timeless A Christmas Carol, life around the holidays in 19th century America and England, and what has both changed and stayed the same in the "most wonderful time of year".
