HCPL has partnered with Oldways to present classes on how to eat healthy by following a traditional Latin American diet! Register today to discover these Latin American flavors! It will take place in the library conference room where there will be a live cooking demonstration with our host, Esteban Salinas. You will learn how to prepare two traditional appetizer dishes: Mayan Pumpkin Seed Dip and Wild Veggie Tostadas. Come hungry—there will be plenty of delicious samples for everyone who registered to enjoy!
