A Ghost Class- Sculpting with Jeff Ocasio

Gather with us for a ghostly afternoon of creativity as you sculpt your own friendly ghost. This class welcomes artists of all skill levels, whether you’re a beginner excited to explore your creative side or an experienced artist wanting to experiment with a new medium. Led by Jeff, whose relaxed and conversational teaching style encourages individual creativity, you’ll learn how to layer and manipulate masking tape using paper, wire, and glass marbles for the eyes to build a sturdy, free-standing ghost approximately 7 inches tall. At the end of class, you’ll take home your one-of-a-kind masking tape sculpture along with an instructional handout to help you seal and paint your artwork at home using easy-to-find materials. The class begins with a short tour of the artists’ studios inside DAAS CO-OP Gallery and The Union Artist Studios at the Arts & Eats Café. All supplies provided
