A Field Guide to Joy

About this event

Brenau University invites Garden guests to join artist Tina Mullen for a creativity, health and nature workshop exploring the connections among the natural world, creativity and well-being. Participants begin with a mindful walk through the Garden focused on birdwatching and observation before gathering for a creative session inspired by their experience, exploring practices such as drawing, collage, photography, watercolor, poetry and journaling. No artistic experience is required, and all materials will be provided. Guests who already have a journal or sketchbook are encouraged to bring it along.
