Spain's vibrant tapestry of flavors and ingredients defines a cuisine of great regional diversity. Influenced by many cultures, Spanish cuisine is known for its rich traditions and bold flavors. During this presentation, you'll sample a variety of Spanish specialties while learning about the dishes and the culinary traditions behind them. Recipes will be provided.
