The result is "A Cell Phone Movie," a $20k micro-budget meta-comedy that's just as chaotic as it is self-aware. Nominated for best debut at Raindance, it blurs the lines between reality and fiction as it explores artistic obsession, failing on purpose, and refusing to give up on a dream.
