Blood Memory creates an opportunity to explore those patterns through the body and breath, rather than having to analyze or explain them.** **Using connected breathwork, immersive 9D sound, guided visualization, hypnotic affirmations, breath holds, and vocal release, this journey moves through maternal, paternal, and ancestral themes, inviting you to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with what feels authentically yours.** **This is a high-intensity transformational journey, but your experience is completely your own.
