This run starts from Medford Square in front of Donuts with a Difference and heads out along the Mystic River passing Hormel Stadium, crosses over the river by Assembly, and comes back along the river for 5-6 mile loop. This is a zero-drop run, meaning we run for a little bit and then stop to let everybody catch up if necessary. Because we stay together as a group, we ask that all runners are able to keep a minimum pace of 10 minutes per mile.
