Here's some background on this event's guests: Will Wegert (AKA Colorado's #1 Most Baldest Recruiter) helps Colorado Tech leaders find and hire "uncommonly good" Senior, Lead, Staff, & Principal Level Software Developers and Software Engineering Leaders. Will has been working in the Colorado Developer market for almost 10 years., and has spoken with thousands of candidates and hiring managers, so he brings a unique perspective on todays market. Drew Douglass (AKA the hiring manager who's been on both sides of the table this year) has spent nearly 20 years building software and the last decade leading the engineers who build it. Most recently a Senior Engineering Manager at JumpCloud, he's led distributed teams across the US, India, Turkey, Latin America and the Middle East and has interviewed hundreds of engineering candidates. He also builds and ships iOS apps himself, with 27 live on the App Store (and roughly 27 users).
