20th Annual Brooklyn Children's Book Fair

About this event

Calling all book lovers! Meet more than 40 of your favorite Brooklyn authors and illustrators as they share their latest books. This event features storybooks, picture books, chapter books, and graphic novels—fiction and nonfiction—for young book lovers from preschoolers to middle schoolers. New this year are the narrators of some of your favorite audiobooks from LibroFM. Whether you love trucks, stars, daydreams, magic, or gators who investigate, there’s a book here for you. Throughout the day, children can chat with authors and illustrators, listen to readings and watch artists sketch, get books signed, and participate in book-related art projects. Authors and illustrators include Selina Alko, Lisa Anchin, The Band Books, Stephen Barr, Talia Benamy, Artie Bennett, Keith Henry Brown, Matthew Burges, Nicole Carlotti, Sylvia Chen, David Elmo Cooper, Andrea D’Aquino, Liana Finck, Lauren Fornoles, John Patrick Green, Janelle Harper, Kate Hosford, Louise Hung, Qef Johnson and Ariful Mowla, Michelle Knudsen, Caron Levis, The Macaroons, Sydra Mallery, Joanna McClintick, Kate Milford, Goldy Moldavsky, Sarah Moon, Tom O’Donnell, Sean Qualls, Cameron Roberson, Claudia Rueda, Dan Saks, Stephen Andrew Savage, Brett Seigle, Lauren Semmer, Jen Shin, Aimee Sicuro, David Ezra Stein, Joshua David Stein, Sarvenaz Tash, Steven Teare, Michael Wang, James Yang, and Hyewon Yum.
