The Cathedral City Senior Center’s Arts, Culture & Humanities Committee invites the community to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a Mexican buffet, live music, and a documentary screening. Enjoy a performance by Mark Guerrero, followed by a documentary about his late father, Eduardo “Lalo” Guerrero (1916–2005), known as “The Father of Chicano Music.” Sponsored by the Cathedral City Public Arts Commission. Free event — donations are welcome. Thursday, September 17 | 5:00 – 7:00 PM (Doors Open 4:30 PM) Cathedral City Senior Center, 37171 W.
