🌎 The 2026 Earth Week Student Recipe Competition is here! Submit an original recipe aligned with one of the Menus of Change principles—highlighting sustainability, culture, and thoughtful ingredient choices. This could include plant-forward innovation, featuring legumes as center-of-plate proteins, using whole and minimally processed ingredients, responsibly sourced seafood, and more. One winning recipe will be selected for each dining hall (three winners total), and each will be featured during Earth Week.
