Expect quick play, good ball movement, and players comfortable at a high pace. Games are typically **7v7** with **three teams rotating** in a **winner-stays-on format**, so matches stay short, intense, and fun. Competitive but respectful—play hard, move the ball, and enjoy the game. Bring **turf/indoor shoes** and **light/dark shirts** for easy team changes. Arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
