Unconventional is a study in contrasts: age-old artisanal methods bring new life to current vines, creating truly modern wines. Clay and cement vessels, co-fermentations, and other re-found techniques bring wines to life with bright and beautiful flavor. The resulting wines are rooted in tradition, yet thrillingly contemporary – even a little wild. We’ll honor the past while pleasing the palate!
