Get free one-on-one support with everyday tech questions. Offered in English or Tiếng Việt. Our Tech Mentor assistance can include but not limited to: Basic smartphone, tablet, and computer help Setting up and using Email Downloading and using apps Making video calls (Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meets, etc.) Browsing the internet (search engine basics, making simple searches, etc.) Navigating the SJPL website and digital resources *Please note: Tech Mentor support is limited to basic technology questions. *Drop-ins are accepted.
