Prescott's Whiskey Row has been the center of the town's nightlife since the territorial days, and its saloons still host live country, rock, and blues most nights of the week. Prescott Frontier Days each July stages what the town proudly bills as the World's Oldest Rodeo, running since 1888 and filling the city with western music and celebration. The historic Elks Theatre adds concerts and film in a restored 1905 opera house, and the courthouse plaza hosts outdoor concerts and festivals through the warm months. It's one of Arizona's most atmospheric small cities for a night out.
