His deep, churning organ work blends elements of blues, R&B, and psychedelic rock, creating a rich sonic foundation that has made him one of the most respected keyboardists in the jam band scene. Leading Melvin Seals & JGB, he continues to honor Garcia's musical legacy while showcasing his own distinctive style rooted in African American musical traditions.
