We provide all the supplies you need to start meditating ( cushions, chairs, etc. ). If you arrive a bit early, we're happy to review meditation postures and let you know what to expect from the meditation. SCHEDULE: 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm - Setup and Orientation 7:00 pm - 7:40 pm - Seated Meditation ( Bell & Zazen ) 7:40 pm - 8:30 pm - Dharma Talk & Discussion Our discussion topics vary each week. They are designed to be open and accessible. Everyone is free to ask questions or share how the application of Pragmatic Buddhism is affecting their daily lives.
