Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa Flow is a more complete type of yoga class, as it typically moves through all of the various asana families ( i.e. standing postures, backbends, forward bends, etc. ) This class will be accompanied by Special Musical Playlists, themed each week. Follow @russ_crow on Instagram to learn about upcoming theme. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioner, from beginner to advanced. Modifications will be given to allow beginning yogis to build a strong foundation and for more advanced yogis to expand their practice and asana expression.
