Tinkertopia Make & Take – Session 1 (10:30 - 12:00)

NOTICE: This event is open to 2026 dues-paid members of TACG only. Please see the Tacoma Arts and Crafts Group's "About" section for details about membership. TACG is heading out for a summer field trip, and we’re bringing our creativity with us. Join us at Tinkertopia, Tacoma’s beloved creative reuse shop filled with quirky treasures, rescued materials, and endless inspiration. We’ll be spending 90 minutes in their Make & Take Tinker Space, where all supplies are provided and imagination is the only requirement. A Tinkertopia staff member will be with us throughout the session to help spark ideas, offer guidance, and help you find just the right bits and bobs for your creation. Additional items from the shop will be available for purchase if something special catches your eye. ### Important Notes * This session is for paid TACG members — it’s included as a perk of membership. * The Tinker Space is a dry space (no paints). * Photography is welcome. * Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start right at 10:30. ### Parking Options * Free parking at Tacoma Dome Station (424 E 25th St), then hop on the Tacoma Link — it runs every 12 minutes and is $2.00 * Limited street parking near Tinkertopia ($1.50 for 90 minutes). ### About the Two Sessions We’re offering two identical sessions to keep the group size cozy and creative.
