Slow Walk Gathering

This is a slow, low-pressure walk designed to support a quieter nervous system state. No rush, no agenda. Just gentle movement and presence in nature. The trail involves wide paths with gradual slopes. We'll be staying together loosely while moving at an unhurried pace, allowing space to notice the surroundings and naturally pausing at times. Silence and conversation are both welcome. Parking Park in the main dirt lot off Camino Cruz Blanca. If the lot is full, you can park along the wide road shoulder without blocking traffic. Where we end We’ll finish back at the *main entrance area*, where you’re welcome to stay for a moment before heading out.
