Shut Up & Write! Louisville: 502 Villians

Welcome to Shut Up & Write's Louisville chapter: The 502 Villians! Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem, or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us! This Meetup is a safe space for writers to work on their craft. Members are not required to share their work and should refrain from giving unsolicited advice. LOCATION & TIME We meet every Tuesday at Quills Cafe on Main Street. The Organizer will have a Shut Up & Write sign. Feel free to support this local business by buying a beverage or snack! (Please note, this location closes at 7pm.) AGENDA 5:30–5:45 pm — Use this time to get settled while the Organizer leads introductions. 5:45–6:45 pm — A timer will be started for an hour of silent writing. Take as many breaks as you like. 6:45–7 pm — Afterwards, feel free to get to know each other. Members often talk about their successes and challenges as writers. WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Whatever you need to be able to write! Bring earbuds/earplugs if you want to block out the Cafe's music or the conversations of other patrons. *PLEASE RSVP BUT BEING LATE IS STILL OKAY!* Join us when you can.
