Saber Legion Florida: Orlando Meet

This is an open practice which is designed for both beginners and experienced fighters who want to practice their skills and have a blast fighting with LED Sabers (lightsabers). In the first hour of the meet we will be going over various techniques and drills designed to improve timing, coordination, and skill when using the saber itself. In the second hour we will open the floor up to sparring sessions with our dynamic group of fellow saber enthusiasts to apply what you learned earlier in the meet. The space has a restroom, a fridge filled with water bottles, and mutiple fans in the area. First Timers: You will not need any equipment your first few times coming to practice. We have loaner sabers and protective gear you can borrow. If do have your own LED Saber (lightsaber) feel free to bring it in so we can check and make sure it is suited for our version of combat. At your first practice you will be required to fill out the TSL Hold Harmless Agreement and the waiver for the building we are using as well. Wear exercise clothing, light long sleeve shirts and stretch pants/legging are recommended.
