On August 2nd, the topic is “All Heart”—a vibrant visualization practice where attendees draw heart energy to all energy centers, fostering a sense of aliveness. Kate’s new book, *A Seasonal Liturgy: Meditations Throughout the Year,* will be available for purchase and a personalized signing. ​ Please bring comfy clothes, a pillow, a blanket, and an open mind. Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. ​ Kate Moody is a pianist, composer, and spiritual guide whose journey led to the creation of Connect & Glow healing meditations.
