Cosmic Breathwork and Sound Bath Meditation

Step into a special breathwork meditation evening and let’s fly together! Please bring a mat (and pillows and blanket if you like) to lay down in the sanctuary as we use our breath and body as a vehicle of consciousness. We’ll begin with a few gentle Kundalini-inspired movements to help awaken the body and get energy flowing before moving into the breathwork journey… Then we FLY. After the breathwork, Ali will move us into an ephemeral sound bath to continue our journey together. This experience is designed to stimulate your system for physical, mental, and emotional healing, helping release stuck energy and expand into possibility. As an 18-year meditator and student of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Jay Peterson will share a brief discussion on the mind/body connection and Ali will give a short deep dive of the powerful effects of sound and frequency on the brain and nervous system.
