We are holding this space to intentionally channel our collective energy into peace, love, and harmony within our community. Come to meditate, stay to integrate. Following our meditation, join us for a group discussion to share what arose during the meditation and explore practical everyday ways that we as individuals can create meaningful change within our communities. Research suggests that group meditation can create a measurable ripple effect in the surrounding environment, potentially shifting the collective consciousness of a community.
