The way we see our experiences shape the world, and for many, religion has left both light and shadow on that lens. Lead by congregants with direct experience in unpacking their own religious trauma, Natalie and Chris, this gathering isn’t about attacking faith or belief; it’s about acknowledging the wounds left behind, unraveling the knots they’ve tied within us, and making the room to heal. Together, we’ll share stories, listen without judgment, and hold space for the pain and the peace that come with untangling our past. Whether your journey is fresh or decades old, you are welcome here. This is a space for growth, reflection, and reclaiming the parts of ourselves that deserve gentleness. Healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t have to be done alone.
