Join me for a powerful Ceremonial Breath Experience at HeartFest 2026, a free community festival celebrating wellness, meditation, movement, music, and meaningful connection. 📅 Saturday, August 8, 2026 🕑 Breath Journey: 2:00 PM 🚪 Please arrive by 1:45 PM to settle into the space. 📍 Indoors at the Heartfulness Meditation Center, 2230 E. Parham Road, Richmond, VA. Whether you're new to breathwork or have an established practice, you're warmly welcome. What to bring: • Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on • Blanket • Eye covering (optional) • Water bottle • Comfortable clothing HeartFest is a beautiful, family-friendly celebration of health, wellness, meditation, movement, music, and community.
