Lori's running her signature Ballroom Barre Workshop — we'll use a ballet barre to really drill the fundamentals of Ballroom & Smooth dancing until they start to feel automatic. Less overthinking, more flowing. It's a 3-part series, not just a single class, because muscle memory takes a little repetition to stick.
