Bring a $5.00 bill (Cash) to guarantee a tip for the waitress and the space. All the money goes as a Tip to the waitress. You then pay the waitress for your lunch directly but don't need to add a tip. With larger groups, restaurants want a specific count, guarantee numbers, etc, and that is why we are meeting at 11 AM to take over our tables before the rush.
