Including gongs, monochord, hand pan drum, crystal harp, angel harp, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls and many others. This relaxing and restorative sound journey helps clear energy, balance chakras, and promote deep relaxation. Stay for tea, mingling, fun and shopping after! No prior experience necessary. Mats and blankets provided. Chairs available if you prefer to sit. Just bring yourself, and anything for your comfort, a pillow, eye mask, journal, water bottle, and an open heart.
